		<description><![CDATA[HF 2323, our bill which expands utility lien protections, was enrolled and sent to Governor Branstad yesterday.  I have visited with the Governor&#8217;s lobbyist about HF 2323.  We&#8217;re not expecting any problems.  The Governor has 3 days to deal with the bill.  We expect him to sign it.  It will happen yet this week.
