Do you know how to solve common landlord tenant problems, such as extra roommates, inoperable vehicles, chronic late payers, visiting pets, etc.? What about the weird uncommon situations that many of us have encountered? Our Problem Solving meetings have always been hits in the past. We’ll go over some of the basics and also hear how other landlords in our group creatively solve some of the unexpected and strange experiences with renters.
Join us at noon, this Thursday, May 11, at the Longbranch as we solve some interesting landlord problems. We guarantee you will come away with fresh ideas and sharpen your own problem solving skills. The buffet lunch will be available for our group after 11:30, and we will begin our program at 12:00.
