It’s not too late! There are still seats left for our January meeting, featuring Cedar Rapids Building Services staff discussing Landlord Business Training, Inspections, Complaints and Violations, Appeals, and especially the proposed fee increase, which will affect all of us in 2018.
Kevin Ciabatti, Director of Building Services, John Riggs, Housing, Zoning and Nuisance Manager, and Alan Pansegrau, Chief Housing Inspector, will present our program Thursday, January 11, noon at the Longbranch. This will be a busy week for them, as they are also hosting open houses for property owners on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at the City Services Center. The letter you received late last month has the details of the open houses.
The buffet for our room will be ready after 11:30, and our meeting will begin at noon. Please register NOW at the link below, as we need to give the Longbranch an accurate count for food and seating by Tuesday morning.
