Earlier this year, the Iowa Supreme Court made rulings on two cases which directly affect all our leases and what we can apply as charges to the security deposits at move out. If you do not know the details of these decisions, then you need to be at our July meeting, this Thursday the 14th, noon at the Longbranch.
