Don’t miss our August meeting!  There is a lot going on right now, as Stephanie has covered in this newsletter.

We are happy to have Corey Luedeman of Iowa Legal Aid, join us to present our August program.  As many of you may have encountered, Legal Services often represents tenants in small claims court.  Hearing Mr. Luedemann’s perspective will be a valuable learning experience for us as landlords.  There are several frustrating issues right now giving us all roadblocks once we get to Small Claims Court.

Our September meeting, on Thursday September 9, will be a very informative evening dealing with Problem Solving.  Join us for an hour of walking through several common and uncommon landlord problems and learn from other landlords the best, most efficient and legal steps to quickly solve the various weird and wacky situations we encounter in our rental properties.
