I have a general handyman who I trust. He knows all of the tenants and their units. With 24-hour notice he goes in and gets things fixed.
But recently. we have had HVAC and appliance repair people who have had small jobs to do. The manager has been directing them to the building’s lockbox and then into apartments without him being there. I’m not comfortable with that.
Your thoughts?
