Well today I bought three leases/rental agreements from my local Realtor Association. $10.50 apiece. Shocking. So I could have saved the money and used the LPA lease but I’m not comfortable with the aggressive tone of the LPA lease. It also has a lot that doesn’t relate to California. But the LPA membership DOES save you money if you want to use their lease.
