What is it about a state that makes it landlord friendly? Is it the state government, local government, or the local J.P. courts? Does party affiliation make a difference? Are Republicans more pro-landlord. Is there an obvious trend?
I live in a landlord friendly state, Texas. I wonder if Republican J.P. judges are more landlord friendly than democratic? Mid term elections are happening now so I wonder if party affiliation makes a difference? What do you observe?
