If a person knocks over quite a few mailboxes in the neighborhood, and is caught, does the car insurance cover the cost of the mailboxes? I had three taken down at my rental property. Several of the neighbors lost their boxes as well. I was told the police report will be available some time next week. We don’t yet know if the car he used was even insured.
