We’re shaking things up this year and giving you even more reasons to attend the annual Landlords of Iowa Convention.
• Key Note Speaker Thursday night is Tom Lundstedt, a former Major League Baseball Player with unique insights to real estate investing and landlord taxes. Tom’s information alone is worth the cost of convention (including hotel, travel, time off, etc.). You won’t want to miss Thursday night!
• Our closing speaker is Jeffrey Taylor, better known as Mr. Landlord on the National circuit. He will absolutely change the way your think about land-lording and how you approach the residents in your property(ies)! Amazing speaker! Incredible ideas!
