Don’t miss our biggest event of the year! Landlords of Linn County will be meeting this month on Wednesday, March 15th at the downtown Cedar Rapids Library. Two of the biggest names in the industry will be presenting. First, Jeffery Taylor will speak about the “Six top ways to Improve Cash Flow” in your rental business. The second speaker is Lucas Hall founder of Landlordology.com. His presentation will be made via live webinar, “Landlording 101: Essential Tips for Being a Successful and Profitable Landlord.” There will also be a vendor fair at the break in Whipple Auditorium where refreshments will be served. The day will conclude at 4:00 with door prize drawings.
$18 per person includes your lunch. Check in starts at 11:30 AM and the program begins at 12:15 in Beems Auditorium on the 2nd floor. If you park in the 4th Ave. ramp and take the skywalk into the library, you’ll find Beems Auditorium to your left just off the skywalk. Registration deadline is March 8th.
