Do I need a professional or can I fix it myself? Running toilets, slow or plugged drains, drippy faucets, stuck garbage disposals, even a furnace or air conditioner not functioning, may be uncomplicated repairs you can perform yourself. Whether you can’t turn a screw or you are a jack-of-all-trades, you can learn from the pros at our November meeting.
Join us Thursday, November 9, noon at the Longbranch, as Ron Valenta of Valenta Plumbing, and Paul Greene of Greene’s Heating and Cooling, will cover common maintenance calls from your renters that you can troubleshoot and even fix yourself.
If you have a common problem, you may submit your question ahead of time with your RSVP, but there will also be plenty of Q & A time. If you can avoid even one less service call this year, this meeting will be well worth your time!
The lunch buffet will be ready for our room after 11:30; our program will begin at noon. As always, the Longbranch needs an accurate count for food prep and room set-up. RSVP no later than Monday noon.
