Background checks.  We all know as landlords how important doing a background check is in finding a good renter.

Annette will also be giving an update on changes to the SafeCR Program.

The City of Cedar Rapids has entered into a new contract with a local vendor you may have heard of – C4 Operations.  They will be offering Cedar Rapids landlords background check services.
