Parking: Parking is $.75/hour. There are metered spots in the adjacent parking ramp which is accessible from 4th Ave SE (one-way West bound) and 5th Ave SE (one-way East bound). There is also metered street parking around Greene Square Park and on the side streets. Parking is $.75/hour for ramp or street parking. You will need 4-5 hours. Note some meters (in front of the library) have a 2-hour limit and cannot add time. You need to note your parking number and pay at a kiosk (one in front of the library) which take cash or credit cards. Using the ParkCR app is the easiest way.
