May Meeting

hoarding2

Who has had experience with a renter who was or is a hoarder?  Do you evict them or help them?  Is there even a way to help them?  Our noon meeting at The Longbranch on Thursday, May 10th will feature Ruby Perin, Healthy Homes Branch of the Linn County Health Department.  Ruby is an expert on many such topics, and, in addition to the nightmares of hoarding, will also discuss bedbugs, smoke-free housing, and new regulations coming for lead based paint.

The Linn County Health Department is a tremendous resource for landlords. This will be a meeting you will not want to miss.  The lunch buffet for our room will be available after 11:30, and our meeting will begin at 12:00 noon.  As always, The Longbranch needs an accurate count for food prep and room setup.  Be sure to register for our meeting by Sunday evening.
