Now some of the dreary stuff – with having the convention at The Isle Casino we deal with a stricter set of guidelines as to ordering food for the various meals, having staff set up and tear down room set ups for speakers, etc.. We have to know by Monday morning how many meals to order of each type of food. How you want your steak cooked, etc… Most importantly, we need to know if your check is in the mail or when are you sending it. We welcome walk ups, but you may not and probably won’t get the same choice of food for the banquet. (Just saying…)
