July 11th will be a fun meeting! “World’s Worst Tenant” Have you ever had a renter from hell? Of course you have! Share your story with all of us landlords who can give you the sympathy you deserve. There may even be prizes! Here are the rules:
1. One story per landlord.
2. The story must be true. (Who can make this stuff up, anyway?)
3. Do not use the tenant’s last name.
4. The story must have happened to YOU.
5. Pictures or other evidence may be shared with the group.
6. Time limit will be about three minutes per story, depending on how many stories are shared.
7. Please send an email in advance so we have an idea of how many of you we will be hearing from, to [email protected].
This will be an evening meeting at the Clarion, so come at 6:00 PM on July 11th for social, the meal will be served at 6:45, with the program starting at 7:00. We need to know how many to set up the room for, so please email [email protected] by Wednesday the 10th.
