Our August meeting will be a noon lunch meeting this month this Thursday, August 8th. Attorney Corey Luedeman has spoken to our group in the past, when he was formerly with Iowa Legal Aid. Corey is now in private practice, and is well informed on Iowa Landlord Tenant Code. While with Legal Services, he represented many tenants in Small Claims Court actions, and has a very good insight as to mistakes he has seen landlords make in court.

The 25th Annual Landlords of Iowa Convention will be held at the Isle Casino and Hotel in Waterloo, Iowa.
The 2013 LLIA Convention opens on Thursday, September 26th, with registration and hospitality.
