Here is a question…I cannot find an answer
When a person owns their own home and rents the land it stands on. It is clear the landlord can inspect the land … But I do not think the landlord has any right to enter the home..since the “tenants” own the home.
But..I cannot find a definitive answer.
Any one have a reference for me?
