Our February meeting will be an evening meeting on Thursday the 13th, at the Clarion Hotel. Come at 6:00 for social, the buffet meal will be served at 6:45. Did you know you can list your available rentals on a FREE website? IowaHousingSearch.org has been established with a grant to help Iowans find housing. This has just been launched in 2014, and is FREE for all landlords to post their availability and also track their online hits. Emily Toribo, Assistant Communications Director of The Iowa Finance Authority, will host a webinar presentation of this new concept at our meeting Thusday evening. Do not miss getting in on the use of this new advertising!
This is also the height of the Iowa legislative session, and we will have updates on crucial landlord tenant bills being debated.
