We all have some “eccentric” renters, right? You all know what I mean. How do we handle our renters who are behaving very oddly, may be unreasonable or even belligerent, short of forcing them to move out by eviction or non-renewal?
Our May meeting, “Recognizing Mental Illness in Our Renters: A Landlord’s Guide to Social Services in Linn County” will be presented by a team of local experts who deal with special needs renters every day.
Join us this coming Thursday, May 8, at the Clarion Hotel for our noon program. The buffet lunch will be served starting at 11:45. As always, we need to give the Clarion an accurate count for the room set-up and meals. Please email us by Tuesday, May 6th, at [email protected] to let us know you will be attending.
See you Thursday!
