Property owners be aware! Chapter 22A Revision – Dec 7, 2021

Here are my concerns: Tier D declaration of “nuisance property” and a placard of property for one simple offense of missing an appointment with the city, snow removal within 24 hours, or lawn mowing one time. This stringent law hassles property owners and negatively affects affordable housing and homelessness.

Chapter 22A can be used by selective enforcement without due process of law. Please view this attachment.
