Hello,
I was wondering if anyone else has seen property insurance rates increase dramatically over the past couple years?
I am with Farmers and premium has increased about 70% in 2 years with no claims. The agent says “the rate increase was given to all Iowa because the reinsurance rates went up due to the wide spread
losses..for the state…”.
Anyway I would like to know if anyone else has had the same experience and if you can recommend an agent or carrier.
