We landlords have all been launched into the 21st century, whether we like it or not. As of this past spring, ALL court documents are to be filed online, and all paper has been eliminated from Iowa Small Claims Courts. Actually, once we get the hang of it, EFiling will be quick and easy, and of course will eliminate one trip down to the Courthouse. Join us at noon on Thursday, September 11, at the Clarion for our program whch will walk us through the step by step process of setting up your online account, downloading and completing the proper forms, filing your FE&D, and how to add the other forms needed for your hearing. Our program will start at noon, the lunch buffet will be open at 11;45. Please email us if you are coming, as we need to give the Clarion an accurate count. [email protected]
