I have LPA pre-screening info on four tenants that together want to rent my SFH:
Woman, good+ credit score, employed
Man, fianc of woman, bad credit score, employed
Mother of woman, good+ credit score, retired
Daughter of woman, disabled
The mother is moving to my city to take care of the disabled daughter. Apparently the woman intends to turn my place into a home-care house for the daughter to recover. Assuming their income is enough for 3.5X the rent per month, what kind of issues might I have with this scenario if I rent to them?
