In the meantime, the City of CR and Trees Forever will host a virtual public meeting at 7pm on Tuesday, March 9, to seek input on area reforestation efforts. This virtual meeting is the first part of the ReLeaf Cedar Rapids planning process. For more information go to

Residents, businesses, commercial owners, employers, and neighborhood groups are are encouraged to attend. It is important that we, as property owners, provide initial input and learn how we can be involved in reforestation efforts.
