Evictions can be every landlord’s nightmare
If you have never needed to initiate and carry through with one yet, your day is eventually coming. And you will need to know what to do and how to act quickly and correctly. Long time Cedar Rapids landlord Dick Rehman will be walking us through the steps of the eviction process from the moment the rent is late through the serving and filing of all notices, your day in court, to the sheriff setting out the possessions. Never a pleasant subject, but one of our most attended meetings.
Our October meeting will be held at the Clarion.
The evening meeting buffet meal starts at 6:45 with the program starting at 7:00.
