Pete McRoberts of Dash Management, Inc. is our January speaker. Pete was hired several months ago as the first executive director for Landlords of Iowa. All landlord members of Landlords of Linn County are members of the 1,000+ member Landlords of Iowa, a statewide association which serves 16 local chapters. LOI was formed to represent landlord interests at the state level and lobbying our state legislatures.
Pete will speak about his accomplishments and goals for the future of LOI. Legislative chair, Daryl Kruse, will also give some key updates about the upcoming state legislative agenda. A Q&A session will follow their presentations. Please join us next Thursday at the Longbranch and learn how they are supporting landlords at the state level!
