July Meeting — Sign Up Today!

There are still a few hours left to sign up for our noon meeting this Thursday, July 12th. Attorney Jeffrey Taylor will cover many of the stickier aspects of Iowa Landlord Tenant Code, including proper serving of notices. Those of you who may have heard Jeff Taylor speak to us before know that you will not be disappointed. He is an experienced real estate attorney and an engaging speaker.
The lunch buffet for our room will be ready after 11:30, with our program starting at noon. As always, we need to give the Longbranch an accurate count for both the meal and room set-up. We MUST have your reservations for the meeting no later than Monday. Jeff is always a popular speaker, so sign up today!
