Join us Thursday evening, August 10, as we explore the abundant online resources available to us as landlords. Various “experts” from our group will help us navigate through several websites and apps, such as Iowa E-Filing, Iowa Courts Online, City and County Assessors sites, City Housing’s Registered Landlords and Registered Rental Properties, Social Security, Sex Offender Registries, Local Fair Housing Cases, Craigslist, Social Media, etc. Feel free to bring a laptop or mobile device, and if you have a favorite online resource or two to share, please be prepared to show the rest of us. This should be a fun meeting of information sharing.
Social will begin at 6:00 at the Longbranch, with our buffet ready after 6:30. Our meeting will begin at 7:00. As always, it is imperative to inform us you are coming. The Longbranch needs an accurate count for not only the food prep, but also the room set-up. Please respond no later than Sunday night, using the form below.
