If you’ve never had to do a full eviction, you may not know what to expect. We are “lucky” if the renters just move out after being ordered by the judge at the court hearing. But, what if they don’t? There they sit in your property, waiting for the Sheriff to show up. How long will it be until you get your property back? How many workers will you need to provide? Can you just put all their stuff in the dumpster?
Thursday, the 13th, noon at the Longranch, we will hear from Linn County Sheriff Lieutenant Randy Rowland has been in charge of evictions for over thirty years. He will have important information that we all need to hear.
Also, Kevin Ciabatti, Building Services Director, will speak for about ten minutes before the program. He has some important changes to announce regarding rental inspections.
