Landlords of Linn County Members… We wanted to make you aware of a Bill that has made it past the judicial funnel last week and now ready to be debated on the house floor. Attached you will find a copy of the Housing Study Bill 153 as well as some bullet points on Nuisance Ordinances. This bill is a first step in making some significant changes to the current Chapter 22A, Nuisance Properties, that the City of Cedar Rapids has recently enacted.
