Hello everyone,
Tomorrow is the kickoff for our 26th annual Landlords of Iowa convention in Coralville at the Marriott Hotel and convention center. One of the big items for the convention is discussion of landlord concerns we can bring to the Legislators and hope to find “solutions” whether it be writing new state code or get new guidance on how to solve local problems. Our Lobbyist Joe Kelly will be attending both Friday and Saturday moderating and discussing issues concerning our members. If you will be attending great, if not please send me your questions and concerns and I will pass them on to Joe for review.
It is not to late to sign up. The Marriott has fantastic facilities for the convention. The surrounding area offers many options to bring the family for a casual weekend mini vacation. There are also many other hotels in the immediate area for more budget conscious options. Below is the latest agenda and attached are the forms to sign up and 14 reasons to attend.
