May Membership Meeting
We are excited to have City of Cedar Rapids Police Chief Jerman and the Safe-CR staff as our guest speakers for the May 14th noon luncheon meeting to be held at Clarion Hotel, 525 33rd Ave SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404. We anticipate this to be large meeting so it is very important that you RSVP if you plan on attending Please email [email protected] by Tuesday, May 12th, if you plan on attending and if you plan on eating. This is very important so that we have an accurate count for both so that the Clarion can be prepared for the large group.
Chief Jerman and the Safe-CR staff have also requested questions and topics ahead of time, these can be included in the RSVP email to [email protected] and we will compile and get to Chief Jerman prior to the meeting.
Change in Landlords of Linn County Forms password
All current Landlords of Linn County Members were sent an email on April 27th with the new password for the forms. We do request that you do not share this password to non-members. We have also recently sent out a request for future meeting topics as well, please let us know if you have topic ideas. It is really important to us that we providing informative & educational meeting for the group so your input is greatly appreciated.
New Feature on the City of Cedar Rapids Website
The City of Cedar Rapids Building Services has recently updated a link on the Resident Resource tab on the City of Cedar Rapids website. Registered Rental Properties has now added feature that will provide the date of the next regular 5 year inspection for the address provided. We do plan on having the Building Services Department speak in the next couple of months and they will be able to provide more information about their department and forms & links available online.
