Our tenant lives in one side of duplex. We live in the other half. We found out he was smoking marijuana in there and when we had had enough my hubby went over there to give him a month’s notice to move out. The man would not open the door and started screaming and throwing things. Finally, after 3 hours, we called police. Police broke down the door and had him 5150’d, so now he is gone. I told my husband to take the tenants stuff in the pickup truck to the dump, which he did yesterday.
Can we change the locks now? We don’t want him back here!
