Let’s say that a tenant is working 60 hours per week and has three kids to take care of and is a single mom and just can’t come up with the rent. She is just $50 short and promises she will have it by next month. I would love to be empathetic and let her stay.
On the other hand, I am running a business and my margins are razor thin as well.
Has anyone ever been in a situation like this? How did you handle it?
