I have a tenant who is habitually late!!!!
I have information for filing a Pay or Quit. However, upon getting information on filing this I was told that if the tenant pays before the court date there is really nothing I can do.
So in reality filing a pay or quit won’t do anything if the tenant pays before the court date!!!
