My landlord posted a 30 day QUIT notice to my rental home.
I moved out on the 28th day and have not been back.
My neighbors tell me there is a notice posted to the door for a “Recovery of Real Property”. And some kind of hearing to take place.
As stated, I am out of the property and have gone elsewhere.
What is going on? He evicted me, I left, now what is happening?
