Am I required to replace all burned out bulbs, before I lease my apt to a new tenant? A tenant noticed that quite a few were burnt out after h moved in. Does LA law require me to provide that. Or can I rent it “As is”.
I’d appreciate it if Los Angeles property owners could give me some feedback.
